Description
We all face moments when conversations get tense— especially around politics. Hard conversations are a part of life, but with the right tools, they can become opportunities to build shared understanding and inspire meaningful action. This workshop will help you identify your core values, explore the concepts of ‘dialogue vs. debate’ and ‘calling in vs. calling out,’ and learn some practical tips for having more productive conversations. You will also have the opportunity to practice your skills through a series of scenarios.
